The MSCopilot® Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is collected, used, and protected, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).

CE

MSCopilot (DA100) is a class IIa digital medical device in the European Union, manufactured by Ad Scientiam in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745. The device is CE marked based on a conformity assessment carried out by the notified body Kiwa Cermet Italia (CE 0476), applying from version 2.0 onwards.

In the United States, MSCopilot (DA100) is a class II digital medical device developed by Ad Scientiam, listed with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and commercialized in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. The device is exempt from premarket notification requirements (510(k)).
